Description

Six opposing side ports direct gasses outward to reduce muzzle jump. Includes jam nut, for indexing.  Right handed shooters typically index to the 1 O'clock position for optimal performance. Jerry Miculek's three-chamber AR-15 Compensator fits  1/2-28 threaded-barrel .223 caliber rifles  and may be "clocked" for left or right handed shooter. Used by many top three-gun competitors. Three large baffles with six side ports and no top vents direct muzzle gases to the side, away from the shooter. Effectively counters muzzle rise and recoil, minimizes felt muzzle blast. High volume shooters will appreciate reduced noise and ease of cleaning. Solid bottom minimizes dust printing when shooting prone. Easy installation, secured with the supplied lock-nut.
