Valhalla Tactical Supply, LLC usually ships next business day using standard USPS first class or USPS priority mail. A shipping provider is selected based on size, contents & value of the product being shipped at Valhalla Tactical Supply, LLC discretion.

Depending on the value of the product being shipping, a signature may be required to receive the product. A delivery confirmation number will be generated with all orders.

If you need Express Overnight service, please contact us by email after you place your order for additional shipping rates.  Next Day may not be available in certain areas.

Valhalla Tactical Supply, LLC does not export outside the US or APO due to ITAR regulations.  Please do not ask as NO EXCEPTIONS will be granted.

Returns

Customer satisfaction is a top priority and we gladly accept returns in "AS NEW" condition within 4 weeks of delivery.  Customer pays return shipping and will receive refund minus shipping fee and 3% re-stocking fee to cover credit card charges.  All product defects should be handled through the manufacturer.  We are licensed distributors for all product lines carried and full manufacturer warranty is granted.
